BIKE SHOW DELIVERS IN STYLE27,000 ENTHUSIASTS VOTED WITH THEIR FEET FOR A FAB FUN DAY OUT AT THE RDS. Good times roll, as show numbers were unaffected by the recession. There was an upbeat feel good factor which confounded the doom and gloom merchants and showed that Ireland can get moving again, on two wheels at least! The sun shone, the bikes were superb, the Stunt Riders made our hearts do somersaults, the Short Track Racers and the Drag bikes made our hearts race and the Babes were truly Babelicious. AMD World Custom Bike ChampionshipThe decision to add an International class to the AMD World Custom Bike Building Championship was a good one with overseas visitors all praising the show, the great hospitality and the warm welcome they received all over Dublin. The International winner was from Holland and the Irish Champion hails from Cork. Both won €5,000 value trips to the AMD World Finals in Sturgis USA. Zodiac International Performance Parts for Harley Davidson really made a massive impact on the custom show and boosted the prize fund to over €18,500!
