The new 2021 KTM 390 DUKE is proof that the smallest bike gets as much attention as the biggest. The fuel injected, light, compact motor, which is now Euro5 ready, puts out an A1-applicable 15 horsepower. Fuel consumption is brilliant with a 300km range from the new tank. Handling is improved thanks to an agile chassis with a low weight distribution. WP Suspension supply the upside-down forks, in addition to a shock with an adjustable preload. For 2021 the bike is better looking than ever before with two different colour schemes.
It’s a dream for an A2 license holder. It brings brilliant power-to-weight performance to the market. The motor churns out an acceptable 44 Hp with a dry weight of 149kg. The ride by wire, 46mm throttle bodies and a slipper clutch manage the output. ABS is fed through the Bybre brake package and riders will be able to tell what’s going on thanks to the wide TFT display. The front mask, LED headlight and finely integrated pillion seat give it a ‘big bike’ look and feel. Riders will love the playfulness of the KTM 390 DUKE but will also get a kick out of their appearance on the street.
