Stand Charges (Space Only)
| Up to 20 Sq. Mtr. | €195 per sq.m. + VAT |
| 21 – 40 Sq. Mtr | €170 per sq.m. + VAT |
| 41 – 80 Sq. Mtr. | €150 per sq.m. + VAT |
| Over 80 Sq. Mtr. | €120 per sq.m. + VAT |
(Note: All free build stands/exhibits are subject to show team approval)
Stand Fitting (Full Package)
€40 extra per sq.m. + VAT
The Shell Stand Fitting Package includes
- Shell stand build/walls,
- Exhibition carpet
- Stand name card
- Lights
Stand Fitting Package is mandatory on all perimeter stands and on all stands of 16 sq. metres or less. Additional furniture, spots or sockets can be ordered via the exhibitors manual. *minimum size 6sq.m. stand
Terms
33% on bookings received by 1st December 2022
50% on bookings received after 1st December 2022
100% on bookings received after 1st January 2023
Balances are due two months before the event.
